Honolulu Events

March 28-29   1st Annual Hawaiʻi Ocean Expo
9am – 9pm Sat, 9am – 6pm Sun, Neal Blaisdell Exhibition Hall, Honolulu

April 1   Tsunami Talk Story – Education & Media Event
10am – 11am, Holy Trinity Catholic School, 5919 Kalanianaole Hwy, Honolulu
NOAA, Oʻahu Dept. of Emergency Management, Pacific Tsunami Museum, and Tsunami Memorial Institute will honor 1946 Oʻahu tsunami survivor Kupuna Kainoa Wright and announce new Tsunami Poster distribution to Hawaiʻi schools. Info.: 808-532-6411.
     
April 11   2nd Annual Mauka to Makai Environmental Expo
9am – 1pm, Waikiki Aquarium, 2777 Kalakaua Ave, Honolulu

Dinner and program will honor persons called on to rescue and retrieve survivors and victims during dangerous and treacherous situations.
